Dayamoyee Kali Mandir

This south facing Hindu religious temple of Ma Kali is nearly 300m from Chinsura Ghorir More ( please see reviews on Ghorir More ) along NS road.nnThis flat roofed temple on raised plinth , rest on thin pillars and with ridged rekh bulging shikhara . The temple consists of decorated triple archway to the porch . A circumambulating path around the Garvagriha is used by devotees as a part of worshipping . There are four west facing temples of Lord Shiv in this temple complex. These are of same architectural design as of Ma Kali temple but with single archway entrance.nnThis temple was built in nineteenth century.nnHuge number of religious people come here everyday for offering puja and darshan.nThis temple is open daily from 6am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm.
