Too good

The service I got was not upto the mark. Especially the direction given for test drive by one of the executives was confusing and ended up in a blocked road.

Over inflated rates. Too egoistic stuffs, who doesn't know basic courtesy to respond back properly. Not knowledgeable about cars and fail to revert back to queries. Might be bit interested in selling cars.

Third class service. Will never visit there .Huge attitude problem of staffers and reception staffs. Very roughly behaving with customers. Their attitude problem,they need customer relationship training. It appears that by serving customers they are doing obligatory services. Went to see car after so many advt.but got disappointed.

Kolkata Car bazar Barrackpore- All they care about is your money and not about customers. Getting to the point straight- they don't know client behaviour at all. Before the purchase they will behave diligently with a polite attitude. After the purchase they will treat you like a servant merely nothing infront of them. They just polish the car and commit it with minor fixes. They had given me a vehicle whose brake failed after 3 months which was intern due to a minute problem which they hadn't fixed, neither had they told me. Also, they had given me worn out wiper blades. They took 7 whole months to get the name transfer complete despite of the covid restrictions been put off afterwards. Thankfully the car was maintained by a generous owner who had taken a really good care and provided the car with new suspension and tyres and doing some minute fixes the car stands to perform good as new.
