Today I visited this branch: first of all this will start at 09:30AM but not 09:00AM. Their response is very bad and not in a helpful manner. They sent me back just for an envelope and I have to go back atleast 1 KM to get it. So finally I got frustrated and went to professional courier near the university and all formalities were completed in 5 min. They have provided everything including packing, envelope and most important quick response with professional behaviour. I would recommend Indian government to vanish all these services or convert them to private . I strongly suggest not to visit this branch at all.

Very good experience.. one of my parcels is missing. Though problem not resolved yet, all people inside this post office was very kind and helpful in explaining what could have happened with the parcel. They helped by going extra mile, to check different possibilities of knowing what could have happened with the letter. Kudos to all.. very pleasant surprise!

Postoffice is providing worst service. I have send an international speed post on Dec 30 2019, paid 1400 rupees but there is no update regarding that even after 25 days, I have followed up several times. Raised a complaint on Jan 18 , but no update on it as well. Helpdesk has no clue about this consignment and on call person’s response at PO Jntu kukatpally is bad and not helping with any of my requests.

GOOD POST OFFICE, GOOD ENVIRONMENT, GOOD STAFF, GOOD POST MASTER, GOOD WORK, GOOD SERVICES COMPARE TO THE HEAD POST OFFICE AND ANY OTHER POST OFFICE, THE ONLY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT IN CENTRAL AND STATE LOVE THE PUBLIC AND RESPONSIBLE TO PUBLIC DIRECTLY IS POSTAL DEPARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS WITH PUBLIC AND WITH THE SOCIETY BUT ALL OTHER DEPARTMENT NOT LIKE THIS SO WE ALSO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM OF THEM. THE SERVICES RELATED TO THE POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE IS VERY GOOD AND VERY MUCH BETTER COMPARE TO THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES
