India Post

One of the worst post office experience. My passport cover with speed post reached this post office on 28th Sep 2020 and has been redirected to other post office with insufficient address. This happened for all most 8-9days. I went to Lingampalli post office for three times and request for details on the speed post and they provided and they inform that my address does not fall under they post office area. But when I went to CUC post office but the security at the university gate did not allowed me to that premises because the post office is present in a college premises and they have orders for not allowing public who wants to come to post office. My question is their salaries are paid with the public taxes and their are public servants, if general public is not allowed access to a govt office than what is the purpose of this post office, this post office has to be close this office and as there is no use of having a govt office if public is not allowed access to the post office. If at all the post master has good intentions of serving public then the post office has to be out of the college premises where there is a public access to the post office.nnThe speed post is still not delivered even after 10days. This is the reality India Postal service.nnGovt of India should take a serious action to this issues. The speed post service in India has to compete with the private postal services.

One of the worst post office. If there is option of 0 star i would definitely give that one. My Rakhi speed post is there over more than 3 days but they never had called or tried to deliver. I have called about more than 100 times but no one responded. Now they redirected the parcel declaring that insufficient address where i am getting parcel using same address regularly. Forcibly i went to the post office but that security did not allowed me to that premises because this post office is present inside a college boundary. If people are not allowed to go to a govt office than what the hell need of that office, close the office and there is no meaning of opening a govt office if you guys are not allowed if you guys are really not interested to work than close the office no need of doing just a duty if there is no meaning of work and responsibilities. Rakhi is over and still the parcel is there.nGovt should take a strict action to it. Thats our speed post service in India

This is called as CUC sub post office. Service is not that great. People are lazy as expected from a central government employees. My parcel was there for 2 weeks. No body called me. I myself went and collected the parcel. Very pathetic service from these guys. At least happy that they didn't return the parcel. Address and everything is properly written on the parcel. Still lazy to deliver it.

Useless people in this office. They dont know how to speak to a customer . We are paying taxes to govt for this type pf service.

Not for outgoing parcels. This is for only collection. Security outside wont allow if you say you have to send
