Location is a a little tough to find. Situated in the first floor.nThey handle international deliveries well. No delays experienced.

Most of the time network issues , server down is the only thing you get to hear .nstaff doesn't adress the concern properly nor reply efficiently with a solution.nThe landline is never answered .

Very bad expernce they dont guide properly and always no internet so think and go dont waste ur timenThey are not helpfull

I would give 1 star for the service they are providing! Very worst service ever had! They are talking too munch time to deliver the parcel. However they haven't even delivered my parcel! Without even the intimation they just marked as insufficient address and they sent my parcel back,nhought already mentioned all the mandatory details and contact number! Atleast they should have called me if they are facing any difficulty to reach the given address, irresponsible behaviour people! Even the contact number mentioned in the website is not working and sometimes it is getting connected but they are not responding!nn*To the employees working in the kothakuda post office office atleast know the purpose of working and be Lil honest and do some minium work for the payment you are getting!*

Bad experience ever had. Not guiding properly. Almost five times within 2 weeks I went but always server down or no postmaster available all silly reasons heard for god sake hell out such an idoitic people under govt
