They have a great Team, and everyone - the Manager, the Receptionists, the Security, the Tea Boy - treat you as if you are a Very Special Guest they answer any questions you may have, they explain to you how to get to places, they serve fantastic complimentary breakfast ( different every day), the water in the shower is hot, and AC is working well, and they have a great view from the roof. They keep your luggage, if your flight is in the evening, they get you a taxi - you name it. Single room had an extra bed, and is large enough for a family... And lobby sitting area is very nice too.Great location in terms of safety (will encounter problem with walking alone at night), market will be closed around 9 pm in night and its dark not so safe to walk around at night.One happy customer here. Will definitely come back! As they say in Nepal, “ONCE IS NOT ENOUGH”.Good value for money
