Indira Nagar Post Office

Extremely poor and pathetic service. The staff is very arrogant and no manners of talking. They take very long time, first wait for 1-2 hours in queue n then when your number comes, there is a problem of server always. And they also don't have change coins and therefore trouble public for even Re.1. It's better to use private courier services. I wish Modi govt privatise this India post so that it becomes of some use to public. And also there was violation of social distancing norms during ongoing corona pandemic. No checks. No thermal screening. No sanitizer. Even few staff can be seen without face mask. I hope some official check this.

Pathetic service...standing here for speed post since 1 hr in queue, only one counter is open.. post office of a small district level would be better then this..nAnd This is lucknow..

Their service is so inadequate and absurd. I've been calling them last 2 days and no one answers and most the time it appears busy.nnHow could it possible for a landline connection to busy for the whole day?
