Worst post office in Calcutta, the staff is intentionally inefficient and rude, and harasses senior citizens and women in the office seeking services.

The staff didn’t give me my letter and handed me a slip that no one was present in the premise. Even after showing him the ID proof, He acted arrogant and told me to collect it from the office. When asked him his name and number, told to go to there office and talk.
