Server not working since two days. Poor BSNL connection. why not shift to private service providers. NSC / FD cannot be encashed even if matured. Pathetic service

HORRIBLE & IRRESPONSIBLE staff....When I made a call to ask abt the new changes in ppf account made by the CG, the staff simply said that there is no such change and before i complete my sentence he just disconnected.....they treat the customers as if they are doing for granted......
