Extremely slow service. They have closed the doors for social distancing and they have allowed people to group outside. What's the point then. Staff are also very slow. A normal speed post takes 1 hr to book. Could do with some more staff or more counters.

Today work is happening very slowly. People are waiting in que from half an hour. Minimum time being taken for one person is 15 min.

Poor service my speed post not received, and gone return to sender but this people said it's delivered to you to your address, then I only went to the sender address and collected my self what is the use of speed post waste of money waste of time
