Staff's are out for delivery but they never call . They never delivered to MULUND EAST address. and evening wrong status update as Door locked. This happened with me three times. Finally second day we are visiting and collecting the speed post.

Post Office should be proper staffed.. . 2 staff managing the Kannamwar Nagar 2 post office...nnNo intimation to customers about timing.. no notice..nnBranch was closed for 2 months... I don't have problem with that... But after opening today on 8.6.20.. Branch was just opened for 2 hrs... 10am to 12noon..that also there was Internet connectivity problem which took over 30 minutes to come on.. and branch was shut down sharp at 12 noon... That also there is no intimation to the people standing in the queue.. Almost 25 people had to returned back without getting their work done..nnMy sincere request to Post Office authority to see that all the post office are staffed enough to manage the day to day operations without customer inconvenience... Also there should be some kind of intimation given to the customer to make them aware of timings, continuity... etc.. So that no one waste their time just standing in the queue.. I personally entered the post office gate at 10.45 am and left the premises at 12.15 pm.. without the work done..nnIt was very bad experience for me and everyone standing with me today...

Best place! The people will help you there for whats over the matter.The staff is very much helpful.Fast service. You can pay your electricity bill there at no additional cost. Gives first priority to womens and senior citizens .
