Pathetic! I reached post office around 12:15pm and they said come on monday because the speed post time is till 12:00pm only. Their business hours are till 4pm but these lazy guys would not want to work. The told the other guy to visit dadar office to send his speed post just because he came 15-20mins late.. What 12pm? They have their own RAJ of setting timelines. They do not even know how to behave or talk

Its the Head Post office for the Area Antop Hill, wadala and sangam Nagar. You can open an account of post office bank. You can make update aadhar card like address DOB and much more thing. You can reserve Railway ticket in general category as well.

Worst service i have seen, i have come to collect a registered ad and i have been ask to wait stating it will take time. Why it will take time you get no answer. Very sad, now you know why the post office is suffering because of staff which has no idea what customer service is all about.
