Terrible service. Rude staff. Male staff is arrogant and doing timepass instead of working. The entire post office is mismanaged.nCurrently, during Corona, no social distancing maintaining is done.

I am an old person and by mistake wrote pincode 400008 instead of 400080 and requested Mr.Ashok More and he was SO helpful !! I am amazed at such nice and courteous attention from him when I twas my mistake !!

On 6th Oct 2018 I visited the Mulund Post office to claim my Dad's FD. I traveled all the way from Kalyan and reached just around 12noon. The clerk wasn't present at the seat and there were just 3 persons before me. When the clerk arrived 2 of the officers sitting behind him told him to close the counter after accepting just 3 person, excluding me. I approached the officer and told him that I am come all the way from Kalyan after doing a night shift and haven't even slept, so please on my request to accept my father's documents but he didn't agree to me despite my repeated pleadings.nNo doubt India isn't progressing because people are clock watchers and adamant rather than being helpful.
