The worst service at this branch since morning I waiting to open online transfer of sukanya account for that I wanted to open account linked with it as my friend suggested he did in virar branch in 5min . Through app he can transfer no need to come. Here the worst people don't understand the time of people and wasted my day since morning till 12:27 I waited by filling form to open account they take in middle of que the agents bcoz they are regular. And finally when my number came saying the this account opener is not available for 3 days you have to come after 3days.

Extremely rude and inefficient staff, even the senior ones. Their SAP system is horrible and takes literally hours to do smallest of entries. No one knows the job process correctly. You are made to bounce from one to another for days. (All I was there for was to get an NSC! And I was made to visit 4 times! Not to mention stood in the queue for min 1 hr at a time) seems many were in same predicament. Horrible experience!
