Very bad experience, the attitude of the staff is rude, very dull and slow work process. This branch is abutting the podar school and nearby to the Juhu garden, one can easily locate this post office, it is in Santacruz West, on the linking road.

It was a speed post which took 8 days thay even don't chek the dilivery address thay mark it wrong when you track it , when I came thair to follow up they told me postmaster is on leave and I have to wait till 11:30 , I called them numerous time but they are not give a dam , if address is not correct they sould call you for the same .... Get

For document verification of passport, they ask two address proof which is not mentioned in the application form.nIts really inconvenient. Should be informed earlier. They say at PSK Malad/Andheri, they'll take only one. I didn't get this policy.
