Good service by Sakinaka Post Office.nVery cooperative & polite staff.nDoor to Door service is very good.nI had good experience with Adhar card incharge.nnRequesting the authorities, to look into infra structure of Postoffice & repair it as soon as possible.. its completely damaged.nAlso needs to focus on refurbishment of post office.nNo proper arrangements for staff as well as for customers. ( specially for senior citizens).nThere shld be proper arrangements in waiting area.

It has a small enterance and if you go there for Adhar card update or issuance you have to wait long in a que outside the office and there is no provision to make sure of social distancing and no proper waiting or siting area. There internet system work very slow, so it takes long to get your work sorted. Please plan your day considering couple of hours of wait.nPositive thing which i observed is they are checking your temp. at the enterance and the staff is also very cordial and try to help you at their best though they lack the infrastructure so they cant offer best of the services.

My experience at the India Post, Saki Naka Branch was excellent.nThe staff is very courteous and helpful.nI had visited this branch to get my mobile number updated in my Aadhar Card account. The branch manager helped me by directing me to the SPM of the branch who explained me the process of doing the changes and Mr. Kshitij Anand helped complete the process. I found the services of Mr. Kshitij Anand extremely fast & efficient.nThey helped me get my work done in a Giffy.nExcellent Turn Around.nKeep it up Team India Post.

Very worst experience. They had not maintained social distancing. Plus they were opening the parcel and seeing what it is inside. And then asking people to go to the stationary shop and arrange a tape for yourself. If you don't have a scanning machine have courtesy to offer a tape to the people. First you ask them to open the packed product then you tell them to go in heavy rains to a stationary shop to arrange a tape for yourself. And it was fully crowded with people. Government should take strict action to this or give such people warnings. Just bcoz they are government officials that doesn't mean that they will take advantage of things and can do whatever they feel like.Extremely disappointed with the services!!
