Temperature checks upon entry and we were greeted with great quality bottle beer. Pleasant atmosphere with good customer service. Will definitely be back.

When gambling they're on the slot machines one day I would be about $0.20 on the dollar ahead the other days I would be 20 cents on the dollar behind approximately breaking even but the staff is absolutely amazing the cleanliness and professionalism top-notch 100% amazing you ever get the chance to play at the monarch casino for goodness sakes that's one do not pass up you will enjoy your stay the food is amazing they have a wonderful steakhouse that is top rate five Stars they also have a restaurant with an amazing menu the wait sometimes is a little bit but well worth it your price range and they also have a quick like snack bar don't pass it up don't miss it you would be disappointed if you did because the monarch is an entity all in its own adult gaming

Update Sept 20:nMonarch is about to open up the hotel and extended gaming floor. Penny slots have been hitting as well as old 3 wheel games and tables are now open.n*Added 2 stars - they have been taking care of customersnnMonarch is supposed to be the newest best thing in BlackHawk. However, winning at table games is rediculous due to the card counter that they put discarded cards into and it reshuffles after each hand. There are a few machines that hit at certain times during the day, but for the most part they need to step up their game. Drinks flow well, and bands on weekends.
