Hope was awesome at the front desk. Very helpful. Casino was very clean. Love the non smoking.

Service was a little slow. Food was good and inexpensive though.

Great place except for having to have a mask on All the time.

I got married at Waubee Lodge & chose to have all my guests stay here - I expected to love this place but was sadly mistaken. The morning of my wedding day I was fully dressed in my wedding gown, with hair & make up completely finished. I attempted to walk from my room to another room located adjacent to mine (less than 8 feet away) when a maid started raising her voice telling me I need my mask on in the halls. I explained I am just planning on going from this room to the next to exit the building so my groom wouldn’t see me. She proceeded to run down the hall to go get a manager. The manager approached me and said she has been getting reports/complaints about me all day (*I have not left my room since checking in the night before at 9pm, therefore her accusation was completely false) I replied and said, “That’s impossible considering I have not left this room. It’s my wedding day I’m trying to exit the building without anyone seeing me”. She stated, “I don’t care that it’s your wedding day, get a mask on or you will be evicted” - meanwhile the maid who tattled on me was smiling with pleasure lolnnI understand taking precautions for a pandemic but this is absolutely ridiculous & over the top. They forced everyone to wear masks, told my friends & family they were “milking their drinks” but at the same time their facility was clearly marked up with finger prints (all entrance doors, elevator buttons & railing) also exchanging gambling chips, playing cards & money. The hypocrisy. I cannot stress enough - DO NOT STAY HERE. I have never in my life been shown such disrespect or been treated so poorly.

It's clean and designed for clean adult fun. They keep the public areas clean and smoke free.
