This store is relatively a small store comparing with other stores like 5h avenue or downtown Brooklyn store. The service was great but stricter than 5th avenue store. I have been to both store. Grand central apple store doesn’t let you wander around store when you are picking up a product. But other than that, they were really friendly. Customer service is very good. The grand central station makes this store look amazing. Overall 5 stars!

Grand Central Terminal is not only an iconic landmark and piece of NYC history, but it’s a pleasure to travel through! Prompt train schedule communication. Great food/drink/snack options downstairs. Cute shops. Convenient transfer to the subway. Clean restrooms, especially for such a highly trafficked location. And it’s simply stunning. The architecture is breathtaking! No matter how many times I come through GCT, I can’t help but stop and stare.

Many places that have been iconic on film and tv are usually smaller when seen in real life. This looked bigger. Such a magnificent place. Knowing a bit about the place before you go is also worth it. The constellations on the ceiling are in fact the wrong way round and weren't always visible. If you look by Cancer, you will see a small black rectangle. This was the colour of the ceiling, caused by smoking, before they cleaned it and found that amazing art. They left the small amount to show what it used to be like. The entire building is beautiful and makes me a little sad that they didn't save Penn Station, which was supposed to be more grand and beautiful than this one. There are a lot of eateries downstairs. I recommend the oyster bar. We also went to the whispering corner where gangsters used to pass information in secret (allegedly). Anyway, well worth a visit to this amazing place.
