Nice place to stay.. no honking sounds and hustle bustle of market.. nice view from the balcony and located in the market.. food was also good. So if we are coming to resort, we have to compromise with the little things.. I stayed for 3 days here.. cool and very good atmosphere.. staff is also good. Planning to.visit again and to.stay in the same room... Catch you soon macleo......

I was stay in Nov 6th on sat there was crowed in mecllo. Then I found a Hotel Sapphire I thought that was good hotel that s why i checked in.but after some time i order food. Food was really wrost and cold. I gave order in reception.they take order but service was so poor. Then I have gone to restaurant. 10pm around the staff look like a drinks. They talk rude. I don't know why like that that was Ist exp in my life. Totally unprofessional staff no manner how to talk with customer Hotel was good with balcony.

Rooms were amazing but room service was not so good. I don't know it could be because of covid lockdown or what.

Room are nice & clean. Staff is co_operative & supporting. I like to suggest them to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights in a family suite. Everything was up to the mark.Room facing an amazing views, Staff were very cooperative. Special thanks to Mr.Vikas for the kind cooperation.nDue to him the experience became fantastic.He managed everything sooo perfectly.nWill visit again surely!!!!nThanks a ton for your supporting hand(Mr.Vikas).
