The place is located near Hadimba Temple. The view from the hotel is quite good. The food though was not as expected. The rooms too are quite small but clean. Seating area in balcony and the ground have nice scenic views.

The water provided is never warm or hot. The food quality is very poor; there is no variety to choose to eat from for breakfast or dinner. If you ask for something, the staff behaves as if we have asked them to die for us. No hospitality, no proper customer service. Very bad experience! I would suggest everyone not to book this hotel for stay. The menu inside the restaurant is too expensive with very very low quality of food. The milk provided and/or added in tea and coffee is watered to the extent that it is very easy to identify as watered tea or coffee.

10/10 on hospitality and comfort. Keeping the covid norms in mind, i think i haven’t seen this kind of preparedness towards pandemic in any other hotel.nMust visit if you are coming to Manali, the safest hotel i have come across during my travels in covid times.nnHumble staff and special thanks to Mr. Ludar for extra care and attention.!!!nnAgain loved the location and hospitality!!
