Whenever a parcel is routed through RMS, the Dimapur RMS always delays it for unknown reasons. It's very disgusting. During holidays, it is understood, but in other times also, their service is unreliable unlike other courier service.

very poor service ... Should update once parcel is reached... But Unless we track and contact even if its been 2-3 days parcel reached they don't even give a call .....

Such a poor service and support. They don't even update the status of the parcel and don't even ship on time. Atleast they are getting salary so they should do better then this. So unsatisfied. Don't even deserve one star.
