Ate at the stake house food was awesome great portion size. Drinks were awesome. Staff friendly and attentive. Never an empty glass with out feeling bothered. This is the kind of service that you think has vanished. Will definitely be going again. Especially if eating with a large party. If was about 10 of us from work.

I don't get to go very often and it seems like whenever I do I find out they've taken out the machines that I like

I only played blackjack here, didn't stay in the hotel and I don't play slots. Most blackjack tables you play at you can expect to lose (if you're playing perfectly) about 0.5 to 1% of your bet each hand. But they have a rule here where EVERY single hand you play you must give the casino 50 cents. This doesn't sound like a lot, but if you played 60 hands in an hour, and used a total of $1000 during your betting, you'd normally expect to lose about $5-$10 for that hour. With this 50 cent rule, you would lose an extra $30 dollars on top of that, which wipes out any chance of being able to play for a long time. Blackjack here (and any other casinos where they charge a fee for playing on top of your bet) is a complete waste of time. Might as well be playing slots. If you like to play blackjack or any other table game, this place is a bust, don't come.nI gave two stars instead of one because aside from this, the place is nice and the staff are kind; although, the 50 cent rule here ensures that I will never come back to this place again.

Love the fact they actually require guests to wear their masks. They also have partitions at some of the machines. It's nice to see corporate leadership putting the safety of their customer base safe as possible. Thumbs up Cherokee Casino.

The stay was fine, food was good, gambling was fun. Unfortunately, I left my air pods in the room when I checked out. Later in the day, when I called to report that I had left them in the room on the desk, the staff at the front desk told me I had to wait to speak with housekeeping the next day at 930. I called the next morning and spoke to the housekeeping manager, of course the person who cleaned our room did not turn them in (I feel like because I had to wait nearly 24 hours to actually report the incident, it really decreased chances of getting my belongings back). I told the housekeeping manager they were on the desk (my app showed the disconnect at 10:38, the time we left the room). Sadly, without a doubt, the person who cleaned the room kept them. My fault for forgetting them however, a thief is a thief. Keeping an item found in the room is theft. I won’t say I won’t ever go back but I want everyone to know, if you leave an item in the room at check-out, consider it gone.
