Not even worth for a single star worst service is providing by this especially this guntur ich branch there is no update at all from past 12 days after post has been dispatched each and every day I got update regarding post from Hyderabad till guntur branch but once the parcel reached this branch no update from 12 days very worst service no proper progess at all.

Lazy employees.i went to update My aadhaar card they said they are busy for next three months and to visit them for after three months. yes what u read is correct
