Service was patheticnThey keep on delay your worknThey will give you silly reasons and keep on procrastinatingnI dont know what are duties of post master in the head office but you rarely see himnOnce while opening the office and in closing timenWe waited a lot for him but he didn't arrivenReally disappointed with the customer servicenDont waste your time her by transacting herenBetter to go for other alternatives

No response while phone calling the number given by staff..nNot even responding about the PLI matured policy, though urgent for us..Applied before 1 month but still not received the amount.nDirectly contacted regarding this recently,but they are saying we have send policy for enquiry,we not yet received and asking us to contact to that number..There is no proper response from them also..nActually, this is their duty to take responsibility and look into customers proper response..nWorst experience from them..
