No automated menues, or oursourced reps.I have enjoyed using Simple Banking for several reasons. Such as, the goals feature, the ease of sending a check, the format and look of the app, the ability to easily categorize purchases, and the excellent customer service support team. There are a few things that could be improved upon. I'd like more colors for goals, cash has to be deposited with money orders, and it would be nice if the bank card had a design. I don't understand why Simple can't accept checks that I could get printed from a check service but it isn't that big of a problem. Overall, I highly recommend Simple to anyone considering a low-frills, no-cost checking account.
