One of the worst service in my life ,extremely unprofessional. I paid online and the confirmation wasn't done until I called the helpline twice.My hostel being a little far from the delivery point caused me to take 8-10 minutes to reach there due to which the delivery guy started to talk extremely rudely.

Most pathetic place to give ur order. They dont deliver the food and just take your moneynIts better to order frm zomato or swiggy.....pathetic service they dont even pick up the phone

Pathetic refund policy! I had ordered 2 times through net banking from this app and both times amount got deducted from my account but never got processed.nSo I contact foodzozo and they say to check with my bank. I find out the money did go to foodzozo but it shows payment pending on the website.nI contact them for a refund and it’s been more than 2 weeks for my first order and I still haven’t received my amount. Will NEVER order from this site again!
