Pathetic and Horrible Service!! Staff are literally illiterates and they themselves don't know what they are working on. In this digital age they working like NOMADS! Indian POST never ever again in my LIFE!

Good facilities. Located in the most convenient part of the city. Hence easy to reach. But staff and services has to be improved .

Head Post office of dharwad . But some employees dont know to talk kannada . Non kannadigas are there . And also there is adhar card enrolment centre inside . Do the work fastly

I am a PPF account holder since last 25 years. I am retired General Manager of Syndicatebank and settled at Hubli. My experience with the staff handling PPF section is very bad.The staff at the section could not arrive the balance eligible for withdrawal from my account and made me to shutle between Dharwad-Hubli 4 times without conclusion. Even the direction given by the Post Master was not heeded by the counter-staff and advised me to directly deal with Post Master as he is not convinced with him.My request to refer the Postal site from net which is very clear was not acceptable to him.My efforts to take up the matter upto the level PMG in the matter was futile.
