Hi, I am regular customer of Bismi Hypermarket Thrissur. Almost all purchases from there. But I feel yesterday service was very bad experience. Especially Floor manager &Cashier. My purchase every time above Rs. 4000 above. Yesterday After billing I knew Rs. 3999/- offer, I requested to FM please edit my bill because amount was Rs. 3981 so I make Rs. 20 additional purchase avail Offer. They not allowed. Normally cashiers tells, you will get offer additional purchase but he doesn't say to that. I am not notice the offer board. This is very bad experience big hypermarket chain like Bismi.
