Post office does not exists. Banking is first priority of this post office. Parcel for sending is available but don't expect to collect the parcel from this post office. List of charges available for customers if they get angry on staff but for solutions you may find something else... Privatisation must required....

Pathetic service and staff. Most of the time staff is unavailable to service people. I hate it when senior citizens are sent back for non availability of service. They should close this branch and open it with only efficient people who are honest and willing to run this effectively.

Easy to locate and get stuffs done please make sure to take sufficient change cuz it might be really problematic if not

It is a small post office which mostly does not have major controls.nThe major controls are at Dunkirk Lines post office which is inside the Defence area where you don't have the access directly. The staff at Viman Nagar office will give there consent on a small piece of paper to give it to the Army guards at the Airforce Area gate.nnIf you are having a two wheeler, you need to have a helmet for the rider and the pillion as well.nnIf you decide to walk, God bless you! It takes 20-25 minutes to reach in case you decide to walk. There are huge queues during the start of the month as many pensioners come to collect their monthly pension. Unfortunately, they run out of cash many a times or there is an issue with the server.nnSome come to collect the interest amount against their Fixed Deposits. It's sad to see old people going back when they hear that they won't be getting their pension amount due to system issues. When the head of the post office is Changed, the new head takes his own time to clear the previous account details for him to start with the transactions.nnThere is one more, Post office in Chandan Nagar Market. The person working there is very good to start your conversation however when you reach a minute late to courier your letter, he politely refuses and asks to go to Viman Nagar post office.nnOverall, the government has to take care of the basic necessities of the citizens or atleast senior citizens.

Very lazy people and eating salary without doing job. Why no one care about this, waiting time is high even though if they sit free. Show off and drama that, no one take action or give feedback for these people. When the India govt system will improve. Very slow
