The purpose we visited was to get Aadhar done for our kids. I was under an impression that we had to obtain a token first. With that in mind, I reached the post office around 10mins past 9am. All the staff were available, I was asked to collect the enrolment form and return with supporting documents. We reached again at 1130hrs. The forms were collected from us and the person asked us to come back a couple of hours later since there were 4 people in queue for Aadhar. We reached around 1430hrs and in about a hour the process was completed. The person who dealt with us was very helpful, provided all the details and was very patient with our kids. Agreed, there are many things that can be improved. However, being helpful, not making customers run around numerous times is in itself, progress.

postman didnt delivered the speed post package..instead updated that i m not available.nCalled n number of times to postman but he didnt recived call. Had to go to postoffice to finally collect the package.....
