Not even single star this people diserve. Very arrogant staff with no any idea how to treat customers, as they think they are god of ths place & watever can behave with people. No one is taking care of postal services instead of looking at watch to end their duties. I request to Pune post master general, kindly change the complete staff & put some sensible people over there.

Poor cooperation by the staff with elderly people, the entire building needs to be shifted somewhere else, and good staff needs to be hired as soon as possible.

Inadequate space to stand before counter. No chairs or waiting space for ladies and senior citizens. My opinion to shift this post office near well developed commercial place to reach the customer and hassle free service. Staff need to educate to have amicable relation with customer.
