Very rarely you will see such a helpful staff at a govt office. I went there for speed post (on time) and saw the guy on counter helping almost every one. He not only entertained ppl coming after official working hrs but also helped them to solve their issues. Such unexpected behaviour made my day.

I was waiting for my debit card through SBI but didn't recieve it for a day... eventually, I found out that they left it with the security guard without even informing that he has left it there. Terrible experience.
