Its a nice and clean place. You can post you parcels from here. It's very good that it's not crowded. You can get your work done quickly and easily. There are many facilities available. It's the main hub of Jaipur's post office .

There is parcel which has been booked in the first week of 9th July 2020. From day one am trying to check the status. It shows the item hasn't shipped to the destination. All I see on the website is item is received at jaipur on 9th and there is no update. I wonder how do people get in touch with these people. There is not even a contact number updated on the site. Even in 20th century this is so disgusting as we do not have the facilities to contact this people. If someone can advice me with the contact number that would be great. All I would say is it is completely irresponsible and insufficient facilities.

Worst Service, parcel is dispatched on 17/06/20 from Lucknow but it has not reached till 02/07/20. No is repling properly. These people don't want to work, they wanted very high salary and very less work.

As this is Covid19 period so they are working with limited staffs ...one or two counter for postal and parcel service.....Went there yesterday and posted one letter ..Keep pen, Sanitizer...mask...
