First of all I had to stand for about 30 mins and thats because there were two employees were having their lunch time and when I asked them how much time does it take to eat lunch I was told that they are senior and they are not entitled to do it. Thats just none of my business that they are senior or junior and finally when I got little angry they did gave me response to my issue. So they should let go of the priority poster off their walls. I think I should have just called at the helpline number.
