It was the worst experience I have ever had with a gadget store. I had gone to this store for buying a macbook, and the staff didn’t pay attention to my inquiry. I was wanting to ask them product specs, but the management was highly ignorant and kept shifting responsibilities. Overall, really bad experience. I do not recommend this store.

I went to buy iPhone X charger in this store and I got it. However, a young man who did the billing, gave me a feeling that he is the boss of the store with his bossy outlook, I had rather a mixed feelings about the store. Never ever in my life, I had encounter such a person who would command me to go to google and asked me to type Pluton Apple Bathinda. Well I did type as commanded by him. Thereafter he just grab my phone and gave a 5 star and asked me to enter my gmail account. I politely rejected his command and told him that I would review in later stage. Here am giving me honest feedback.

Experience in PLUTON showroom visit was osm .employees was very supportive and clear all the quiers about I Phone even share the all offers and cash back facility from HDFC Banck it was really good.nAs per my experience PLUTON is the best service provider in Apple Prodct.
