They are happy with you until you don't stop paying them money. Communication is pathetic. Don't even attend client's phone calls. Think twice before giving any money to them.

Highly unprofessional and false study pattern. Moreover staff is very good in making excuses. They do not guide well about their study criteria at the time of joining. They took mock test only twice in a month in which they don't even care about giving printouts for reading and writting task.

Sophiya institute is great for ielts preparation, i was able to score a 7.5 band with just online classes that i took from sophiya . I am really happy with the service.

Please don't give PTE exam here. This is a very bad test centre. Pearson should ban this. There is too much disturbance.
