I am facing the speed issue since morning and they are not responding to my calls. I called them almost hundred times with multiple numbers but its always busy. The said that they will fix the issue in 1 hr but its almost 248 hrs and I am still facing the same issue. Also I regularly face the speed fluctuations. I have 10Mbps Unlimited Home plan and Look at my speed screenshot. Also I have yearly plan so I am left with no option to cut this connection off.

It's really good speed. I never thought that I can get such speed in my native place which is a village (approx 10-12K population). Installation done in 2-3 hours.

Poor customer servicenBandwidth fluctuate lie anything.nEven if u give them 1 year still they will fail to resolve your problem.nHigh rates but pathetic service

I wanted a new connection and the contact no. is always telling me that all executives are busy.. I don't know what kind of business strategy they are using.. no call backs. No call connection.

Pathetic service ever....they dont even recieve phone calls. i am approaching them from 3 days and they dont even call back and and all the time there phone number is busyud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
