Worst service. They charge extra but never do the service. Horrible customer support. Never respond to calls or emails. Number gets blocked as soon as you try to reach them. Please do not go for it. Manually sending it to the university is a much better option

Applied for my transcript in online and got the same in 20 working days.Got the mail response for my queries in appropriate time! Really happy with their service. I mentioned my address wrong in my application and I emailed about it , they change it immediately .....

Surprisingly the turn out time is fast as compared to the influx. Bit reaching this office within the campus is little tricky, there are no sufficient direction boards
