The place is definitely fun but I had a bitter experience with the management there. After we finished our time, we realised we didn't click a group picture as we were too busy having fun. So we wanted to get just one picture clicked which takes couple of minutes. But the staff was not letting us in. Not that we wanted to play extra time or we wren't ready to leave. I would have given them 5 star for my one hour fun experience there, only if it had ended well. The staff should be more empathetic and kind. Customer service lacking big time. Disappointed.

Lovely place to go ! I had gone for my sister's birthday and I must say I had a ball!! Staff are extremely polite .Personally If they could reduce the rates if would be good. Otherwise I enjoyed myself so much. Thank you all for making my experience lovely

Great place to enjoy with friends and family. Recommended to go in groups for maximum fun.nBut the food is very costly. Better to have fun and plan another place to eat.nEveryone who works there are active and they show you some tricks and stunts.nThe cost is the only thing which holds back a person into going there .
