We can visit Kanaka Durga Temple by share auto or bus from Vijaywada railway station within 20 min. Mobile is not allowed in the temple or que. You can opt to get free darshan or different fast darshan que. In rs 300 darshan you may get facility to go to the temple by lift. Temple is near by bank of Krishna river. You have to be in proper dress half paint or something unportrait dress are not allowed. You can have bath in the river or they have common bathroom for all. Prakasam Barrage is walking distance from the temple. Temple staff are good and they provide free food/ prasad from 10:00 AM
