Privatisation is necessary because of employees are reluctantly giving answers to the people They are often wasting time My daughter's passport is despatched on 24th November 2018 after three days it's not been reached to Anantapur As per norms 3 days enough to reach any city to city. The tracking system is also showing the postage was dispatched. I called the Head Post office and they said one should come and give their address again. Nonsense . Job security made them forgetting their responsibility. God is crazy to this fellows .

People working at Post Office (SSO office) at Visakhapatnam don't know how to talk to people on the phone, they are very rude and bang the phone on your face, don't give proper response, it reminds me of the government offices functioning in olden days when the staff used to work in the same manner. The staff should understand that they are there to help the customers and shouldn't forget that they are getting salaries because of us.nnThanks

I P. S. N. Rajesh went to headpost office Velempeta, Visakhapatnam to send an EMS Speed post at about 1:20pm, infront of me there is another person talking regarding TTD Darshanams availability she is answering to that person later she started counting the money and said the counter is closed for lunch time i asked the lunch timings she told from 1:30pm to 2:15pm lunch time then i stood there itself infront of that counter, other staff came to their seats at about 2pm but madam came at about 2:15pm sharp and she started doing some other work and she also tried to take another persons amount before me who came at about 2:15pm immediatly i opposed that madam to do so then she started arguing with me at last she accepted my cover for EMS speed postnim here with sending that acknowledgementnto the best of my knowledge lunch time is 1:30pm to 2:00pm and another point to be noted is near any counter the did not mentioned any timings regarding working hours and lunch time please make a note of it and take appropriate action against that lady who created inconvinence and trouble to me. Why i am requesting is this kind of attitude will create inconvinence for publicnThis is for your information and necessary action pleasenP. S. N. Opened RD account in 2013 innRly. New colony post office, till date i am paying regularly due to technical complaint in post office they are not updated so that, they are collecting penalty from me every month. I filed complaint against that in the month of February 2017 but no response till date still I am paying penalty. For Department problem why should I pay penalty?
