Very slow service. Government need to make a check on lazy employees. Speed post employees request to pack boxes in linen cloth and wax but it is not updated on their website packing policy. Even after 3 days of posting, tracking does not get any updates. Why does a customer pay for speed post or tracking if it not available. Again, there should be checks and constant feedback from customers on the website.

Post men deliberately mark your house as locked, they don't delivery the packages at all, afterall why would they? They are getting fat salary cheques at the end of every month without breaking a little sweat. Sooner or later all these corrupt government departments will be a part of history.

It is the worst postoffice on this planet earth. There is no guarantee of internet for days all together. You can't complaint as no one is available there to help you. Staff is non cooperative and work as per their wishes. I'm trying for last 2 years to get my PPF account closed there, but unsuccessful. I contacted agents also to get it done, but they are equally harresed and unwilling to help even on payment offer. I curse myself that why I open account with them.

Ham Kaam Nahin Karenge! Jo Karna Hai Kar Lo!!! This is the attitude of staff here!!! They simply do not want to work. Servers never work! True reflection of the Sarkari Tantra!!!!

You need to have 2-3 spare hours to get simple work done in Krishna Nagar Post office. Staff is also not willing to help.
