Very cheap service in Maya hotel my marriage function they didn't serve anything and make charge of plates which are not used even 27 plates are used and available member hall 32 but they charge me 42 plates and add unknown name of members. food service is also cheap.

They says, they are 4 star but I think they don't know about 4 star rating. My experience is with banquet hall. Service is very poor . Waiter service is very poor even everyone waited for coffee for more than 2h. Every time they are said that it will serve after 10 min. Same kind of issues comes with lunch. Their is lots of delay in every service You can come only to see ambience. That is very impressive.

The rooms are nice. And cozy. We stayed at Maya club room. Its not that big of a room what it seems in online pics but still decent and nice 😊

Maya hotel is a well known place there since a long time. I don't think I write anything new about it. It keeps on maintaining and improving its standards.
