This place was a pleasant surprise. I had a last minute change of plans that had me searching for a place to stay for me and my friend at new years eve. The hotel was almost full (It was my first time north of Bangalore) but the staff were really helpful and accommodating. They understood my frustration as a complete stranger to the city and took it upon themselves to sort things out and make me feel comfortable at the same time. Nikita at the front desk was particularly very helpful, warm and friendly. The rooms were a bit smaller than i expected but they made up for it splendidly with their amazing hospitality and services. Will definitely choose this place the next time I visit Nagpur.

Good rooms, big windows. Remember to have an adult around the children if standing near the window. The best thing about I experienced is the staff in the hotel. Ask them out for any assistance, snap they're there in a minute.
