Rude and Bad staff.. Today during lockdown Govt allowed grocery stores to operate and deliver orders at Home. I placed order on designated what's app number. When called Guy confirmed the order and mentioned that order was out for delivery. When I asked him that I will pay by digital mode he started abusiy language. He called the delivery guy back and DID NOT deliver my order.. I am regular customer of FreshMart for last one year with monthly purchase of more than 10k per month .. Never expected such bad behaviour from FreshMart Team.. Would urge management to take strict action against such staff ..
