The order is not serviced properly. We used to order special meals whenever they offer. But day before yesterday the delivery person bring regular meals only. When enquired they told us that the special meals is over and requested to accept the regular meals. How come the ordered meals be not delivered.nOn another day, previously, the delivery was not done till 2.30 P M and the people at office was also not picking up the phone and answering. We were put to much trouble that too on this corona time, as we have to order food from somewhere else. In short not dependable. Food also not upto the mark and not value for money. I have decided to avoid in future.

Ordered spl couple pack lunch on 17/10/20.Food came by 2 pm only and quantity not at all sufficient for couple( for limited moderate eating also) especially sambar/rasam /Kootu and curd.nQuite disappointed

Food is passable but delivery is inconsistent, and they treat customers very badly. They cheat you after paying money and send food in plastic boxes half the time. The absolute worst company I've dealt with.

Very sorry, don't send any more messages to me. Last time you failed to deliver lunch to me on Vinayaka Chaturthi day by making me wait till the last moment & after repeated enquiry only you expressed your inability. Very sorry, I will not only never order food with you but also discourage others.nS.Mohan
