We reached out to Cox to get a quote for gutter guards and they were out the next day to take measurements. Their front office staff was very nice to work with and helpful with all of our questions. We had two other quotes and Cox was more affordable and also were able to install the guards sooner. Both their assessor and their entire installation crew were very nice. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and got the job done efficiently. Several of our neighbors have stopped by after seeing the crew work and asked about pricing and were impressed with affordability and the crew too. We are very thankful for Cox's timeliness, attention to detail, professionalism, love that we can support a local Hoosier business.

We’ve been coordinating with Cox for nearly six months at this point. They told us how quickly they could get the job done and follow through with the second phase of the work, including gutters, fascia, trim, and painting. They took four months to follow through on the roofing and then took another two to come back to try and finish what they signed up for.nnToday, we were told painting, gutters, and fascia would be completed... and we came back to only gutters having been replaced. Unfortunately, they even installed white gutters on a house with tan trim, so there clearly wasn’t attention to detail. They haven’t painted or worked on fascia, so they’ll need to take some gutters down to even complete the work.nnLack of attention to detail seems to have been the theme of the job, as we asked for identical shingles to the ones we had prior, only to have them install a different tone. Fortunately, they were *close-ish*, so we didn’t bother with the mess.nnI’ve tried to reach out to a manager on multiple occasions only to have a full mailbox waiting for me. Normally, I’d leave contact info to correct the mess and deal with it privately, but it’s impossible when you can’t get in touch...nnWhat I’ll give them is the quality of the work their contractors do. They know their trade and seem like genuinely nice guys.nnEdit:nAfter working with an additional Cox Residential employee, I felt they really listened to me and corrected past mistakes. Communication was much improved and the job was done in its entirety in just a couple more weeks. You've got to hand it to any company willing to go out of its way in order to correct past mistakes!

Great service and very responsive. They reviewed our quote from insurance to make sure the estimate was accurate and would cover the entire roof replacement.nPrior to the work, we had one meeting with an employee to go look at material samples and quickly go over the work to be done.nOnce the work started, the workers put in a long day and finished the whole job in a single day (other that some light cleanup) which was nice as my wife works nice and sleeps during the day.nA few small changes came up during the job, and Cox Residential was very responsive and accommodating with the requests.nI would definitely recommend this company.

Issac was professional, friendly & honest. We have multiple neighbors having new roofs, which is why we called Cox. After the free inspection, he both explained the condition of the roof and gutters, and shared photos from his phone. His recommendation was -- do nothing. Yes there were a couple of spots where hail had knocked out particles, & a few be small dents in the gutters, but my roof was in good shape.nnContrast that with a company who earlier knocked on our door, showed me the same photos, & pressed me to sign a contract so they could go fight with my insurer. They stressed the risk of further deterioration.nnI knew that 10 years of a 35 year roof was not likely to suffer much damage, and we were thankful to meet an honest inspector, Issac, from Cox Residential. When we do need an update, we'll definitely call Cox. Thank you!
