It seems they have been given landline connection only for personal use and not to pick to provide any service. Either the phone is engaged always, or not picked

During this lockdown period as per govt guidelines postal services will be available for all. But self visited twice I was sent back saying that office is closed and only delivery services will be performed. I am talking about sector 29, NACIL faridabad office. Since this office is situated inside the NACIL premise, they have locked all the gates and no outsiders except NACIL staff Or family are allowed entry inside due this we cannot reach said post office. I have important work or transaction which needs to be done immediately, but can not due above reason. Can somebody advise and confirmed if sec 29 office is open for all? If yes than how to reach there? And can we have mobile no. Of incharge of sec 29 post office?

Unqualified and rude staff.nInternational post was working perfectly but due to the incompetent new staff the process is disturbed and the staff told the people to go to other companies for it.nDon't open up a post office if you don't know the working.

They will never pick the call and when visited, the staff is incompetent and very rude.

I dial number but no one is pick d call what is hell is going plz improve ur service
