Rooms are pretty good. Cleaning is also good. Food is good. Staff is excellent. Location is also nice. Its in the main heart city so won't be any issue to get taxi or any other service. Dal Lake is also nearby.

Nice Hospitality... Staff is really good and helping. I stayed there for four days and had a great stay.. Nice view from windows. I would recommend to stay here atleast once.

Wonderful hospitality !!! Excellent rooms and cordial environment. The 1 star reduction is only due to the super bad traffic that we get on the way. Rooms are large and well lit as well as well ventilated. Bathrooms are fantastic. Had ordered room service - Mutton items were just wonderful !! A bit pricey as expected from Sheraton but the taste was fantastic. Breakfast spread was good - intelligently planned - mix of continental, north indian and south indian. Hats off to the chef for making justice to everything.

Stayed here for 3nights. Didn’t feel like Sheraton group. It was like some local hotel with expensive bill. No exhaust in Restroom, dusty balconies, Surrounding area of the hotel was not good. Stay was atleast manageable to some extent but The food was pathetic. Coming from Tamil Nadu, I couldn’t accept what they served in the name of Dosa. Too much oily food and Breakfast buffet has very very limited menu. Also I Ordered for Egg fried and received Veg fried rice. I have shared the feedback about restaurants on the very first day but didn’t see any improvements for next 2days also. The staffs were courteous and helpful. But that’s not sufficient for pleasant stay.

The hospitality was amazing.What more you need.Rooms were big and perfect.We got a room with a jacuzzi.Had wonderful time.Gauhar is an amazing person from the hotel staff.Food quality was really really good.all in all perfect.
